Cant get the game to startup once

Trying to get the game to startup right but I keep getting this error, I've tried installing direct x and verifying files with no dice. I can't even get the game to boot up from steam without fatal erroring. I am running windows 11 and I've seen some people say it doesn't work but I have also seen others say it does work. If anyone could me I would appreciate it so much, thank you.

.warloc It seems that you are missing game files or maybe you are missing a plutonium file that was not downloaded correctly.

Kalitos I wouldn't be surprised if it was something to do with the game files, I dont know how though because Ive fresh installed and verified integrity. This game just outright refuses to run on my computer for some reason. Can't find a single fix online for the fatal error either

you're missing a plutonium ui language pack so it can't display correctly. Maybe try a fresh install of plutonium?
