Open the console: https://plutonium.pw/docs/opening-console/#how-to-open-the-console
Type
reset cg_chatHeight, then press enter.Alternatively, delete your player config file (.cfg)
DO NOT JOIN AGAIN THE SAME SERVER THAT DISABLES YOUR CHAT.
It is done intentionally by server admins, do not join their server again if you find this happens after joining one specific server.
