Enable Achievements for BO2 Zombies using Steam?

Can anyone tell me if its possible to enable achievements if we have linked a steam account to the plutonium launcher???

No. The game is launched independently from Steam, and so, doesn't allow you to play on Steam servers, with Steam friends or use any other Steam features such as achievements.
