bo2 randomly crashes when playing on servers or with others in a party, on solo it randomly freezes for a second.

So when i play on an origins server, randomly it will just freeze, and bring me to the console and not let me click back on bo2, the first image is what the console looks like and when this happens i just quit the game since nothing works, when i played motd with my brothers, my game crashed twice in the same zombies game, and the console showed the error code below before just stopping. whats also weird is that my brother never experienced any sort of crashing its just me, and yes i have the game from steam. these issues are really annoying i hope somebody knows how to fix them.
