BO2 opens, but there are no navigation points.

Hi everyone,
so I downloaded the game files for BO2 from a drive I had the files on and extracted the files. The game does start but I land in the menu and cant do anything, in zombies I just get a white screen. Noteable would be that it downloaded 6 .zip files and the other one was base.ipak, which I dont really know what to do with. I hope someone had this issue before and could help me out.
