Missing Audio

Hi, while playing multiplayer matches I can only hear my own footsteps and gunshots. I can not hear anyone else's. Sometimes I can hear them while spectating before assigning to a team, but once I am in the game I can no longer hear other players. I have verified/repaired my files via Steam. Anyone else run into this issue, or have any recommended fixes?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
