Hello, I am French and I currently live in China, I would like to know if it is possible to play call of duty despite a huge ping?

the easiest way is to find a good dns which you can use this app to find out or just put 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 in the wifi ip4 that your using once you done that in game press the ping button to show you the highest and lowest ping servers
Edit i searched a bit much if you have time watch them

Game traffic is not routed through DNS servers so that's actually completely irrelevant. Only thing changing DNS servers can improve is webpage loading times due to faster name resolution.
In some rare cases using a VPN can improve your ping but this is only the case if the routing from you to the game server is bad and the route via the VPN server is faster. Other than that you'll have to live with relatively high ping from china to game servers in europe or the us. -
Hello, thank you very much for taking your time to answer me, it’s very kind of you. When I generally play I get banned with a 2 minute playing ban, it's very frustrating, is there any way to change this? Thank you.

dim888 the message tells you why. No one wants to play against 300ms people and why would you play with such a high ping anyways.. Just stick to custom games and/or sort servers by ping
