Stuck on Connecting to online service

Hi,
I've this problem when I try to connect to Online services on BO2 zombies and multiplayer i'm stuck on the screen and says:- The call of duty black ops 2 is not avaible at this time please try again or visit '...link'
The problem is only with BO2, with BO everything's fine, last week worked.
