Trying to get my server to show up in the server browser.

I am hosting a server on the same pc that i play on. i have made sure the ports are not default, the server and game open fine together. all of the necessary ports are forwarded and allowed through the firewall, the server even shows up in the api. but not on my server browser. so i thought it was no big deal and i could use the ip to connect but the guide page has conflicting info as shown in this screenshot. i would greatly appreciate a solution

You can't connect via ip in bo1, you need to use the session id. You can get that by going here: https://plutonium.pw/api/servers
Look for your server and then look for the key labeled "id".connect 3497239723972784If that works your issue is that your router doesn't support nat loopback, other people outside of your lan will see the server in the list.
If that doesn't work then packets can't get through to your server so it's an issue with port forwarding/firewall/occupied ports.
