Host a server with Windows 7 is really not possible?

Hello, is really not possible to host a server with Windows 7?
If yes, why? What is needed that Win7 doesn't have?

It is possible but not supported.
You will have to copy and paste quite a few dlls from a newer Windows.
But before you do that you could look into using Linux for your server, which is also not supported but much safer. -
Windows 7 isn't supported by Microsoft themselves
