My friend whenever try to connect to some of servers, it says to him Server disconnected - Timed out.

We are on CoD WaW, and my friend whenever try to connect, it says to him exact same issue. His specs of pc is:
8gb ram;
Amd E1 6010 with AMD Radeon R2 graphics;
Windows 10.
He is on laptop

Internet is:
17gb download speed;
13gb upload speed.

Someone knows fix??
