Failure to launch

Hi, I've done everything to try and launch IW5, my only problem is that whenever I launch the cmd prompt does absolutely nothing then disappears to not launch my game. I had the same problem with bo2 a couple of years ago and never tried again. If anyone could help I'd appreciate that, the anti virus I'm using is Sophos Premium. Ive also noticed my files are different from the ones in the screenshots provided

I fixed it, it was a setting within my anti virus but id like to keep it on.

@zF3rret Just set file exception in your AV. That way, your AV is set all the time!
