MW3 is getting old.

I love MW3 because it's a game that is part of my adolescence, besides thank you to Plutonium for existing, even if I regret the absence of MW2 and MW from the list of your games.
That said, I heard about an SMP project which would allow, as a MOD, to have all the best maps and the best weapons in a single game/mode. I understand that this project has been canceled. Either.
But then I wonder, with all these years of existence, modding etc.. Is there not a group or a person who has created a mod improving the graphics of the game? By making the HUD and the UI sharper, increasing the resolution of the textures etc... A texture pack in short.
If this exists I would like you to give me links to these mods. I like playing MW3 and I would like to play it better
