several problems with bo2

just to make sure, none of these problems are present in mw3, also i did not test zombies.
problem 1: unable to join servers, whenever i try to join it just tells "disconnected from black ops 2 servers"
problem 2: emblems dont save, it only saves the one you are using via the "save and use" option and in the menu it doesnt appear.
problem 3: incredibly long loading times, self explanatory also i have a rather fast ssd.
problem 4: all gamemodes appear as question marks, also self explanatory, also notice that my game is in russian due to system language i guess.
i can provide images if required, but i need to change language first. -

4: You already answered your own question; cod uses a different encoding for text if you switch it to russian; we officially only support English.
