[ZM] Buried blue lightning pap and buildables

This is probably an addition to https://forum.plutonium.pw/post/131193 this post, I just wanted to make the camouflage better, because for example the buildables there are crap + I decided to make almost the same pap camo and it looks a little better in my opinion

the script for animated pap camo is not mine, I don’t remember where I downloaded it from, probably from the forum but I’m too lazy to look for it, so it’s in the folder

the script doesnt work on other victis maps, it would have been sick
not sure why though because buried's camo is just victis camo

For some reason the camo isnt animated?
%localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t6\scripts is it the correct place, or should inside the storage be "zm" folder and there place the script?
