Losing level progress

Hi, I've been enjoying getting to play Black Ops 2, however, the last few times I've logged on I've noticed that I lost the progress that I made in leveling from the previous session.
Is there something specific I need to do to make it stick? Not sure if it helps, but the first couple of times I played, my levels did stick after shutting down. I'd prefer to level up and go through a prestige or two the old-fashioned way for nostalgia's sake before unlocking all to play more relaxed, but losing an hour or two's worth of progress every day or two causes that to lose its shine.

I'm having the same issue, once a lost 20 levels and 2 gold cammos. It's Very frustating.

same here except its been more like four or five hours worth of gameplay and having to complete several difficult challenges over and over again because things keep resetting. Hoping they come up with a fix to this.
