Game won't accept input after left on for a while

I'm In a high round game on MOTD, left my pc on overnight and when I open the game now it accepts all inputs for about 5 seconds then stops accepting, i have to alt tab out then back in to get 5 more seconds where the game accepts any input. This is my pb on mob and I don't want to give up i've been at it for like an hour please help
