Can't play Bo2 with friends even with NAT Open

Both me and my friend did the port fowarding, and both have NAT Open, but no matter what we do we can't join in a session of zombies together

try join the same server on the sever browser. joining my mates party on bo2 didnt work so try the alr made servers together
