Random Tab Out Crashes On Zombies

For a while i have been having this random issue on zombies only, where ill be playing and it will momentarily freeze and tab me out the game, i can still hear the game playing but i cant tab back in, it may be a fullscreen issue but ive tried windowed fullscreen and it runs absolutely horrible on my low end laptop, if i let the game its self run, eventually the zombies game will stop and give me a crash error
