Mouse and controller inputs not registering in game

for the last few days, my controller and mouse inputs have not been working. I don't see my cursor on screen in the menu and my controller doesn't work at all in game. I can move around the menu using the scroll wheel on my mouse and the keyboard, but once I get in game I can move around using the keyboard but can't look around. I'm not having this problem in mw3 so I think it's something specific to bo2. Anyone else having the same problem/found a solution?

Same here, many months later I still can't figure it out. Same with a few other people unfortunately.

Still getting the same issue here. I have used different torrents for game files. Tried DS4 and steam controller. I am still getting no input from mouse or controller. Also tried running the game without voicemeter and with. Also changed the properties like explained and still not getting any luck.
