Do you need DLC to play all of the T6Z Maps?

I haven't played Plutonium since you could have torrents for the game and I recall all the DLC maps were playable back then. Now, needing to own the game on Steam, do I also have to buy all the DLC to play those maps? Sorry if this has been asked before I tried searching the forum for it and had no success

To play DLC you must install DLC. We won't provide any file or any support for this
