My game is freezing all the freaking goddamn time!

I start playing a match, and the game ALWAYS freezes at some point, forcing me to close plutonium and restart, and then again, at some point, it freezes AGAIN, I don't know why this is happening every single freaking time but it's really annoying and frustrating, any ideas on how to fix this sh*t?

I have none of that... just the game and plutonium, sometimes I play normal, sometimes it starts freezing every game, I have no idea why
