Invisible players in Zombies

When i load into a zombies map with my friend i usually see 2 of them but never the 3rd one.
It is a reocurring problem on every zombies map.
There was onetime on a green run server with 6 people when i only saw 1 guy other than me.
Tried reinstalling BO2 and Plutonium, didn't work. -
I'm having that same problem and for me when one of the invisible players leaves it crashes my game, idk why it happens and I can't find a way to fix it.

My friend and I are having the same problem!!
We jumped into BO1 Zombies because we were tired of playing on a server and having an invisible guy join, spectate us for 10 seconds and then quitting, causing our games to crash and losing all of our progess, or even quitting cause we can't revive them, they're invisible.
It only happens to BO2, for some reason -
I'm having the exact same issue but have nothing more to add to the conversation. I have the same side effects as everyone in this topic. I wish this was looked into more as it makes the game borderline unplayable. It also does not happen on Bo2 multiplayer, only zm.

Alright I had this issue I uninstalled/reinstalled the game and same with plutonium and that fixed it hope this helps

2010-CVPI press P change player count to 1, exit the popup then so it again and set it to the max
