No, as soon as one steam deck user is banned or linked to a ban it would spread to everyone who ever logged in with a steam deck. If you search on our forum for steam deck you can find many, many, many such cases which all are caused by one cheater. The difference in HW between each steam deck is too small for our current metrics.

This is not really Steam Deck users being banned. It's more like one Steam Deck user doomed all the others by cheating. Allowing Steam Decks would just do that again. No reason to let people who didn't do anything wrong get instantly banned
