Text not displaying correctly

Game won't display text, points on zombies, names, chat, sometimes it won't display your ammo counter/throwables, is there a fix to this?. (It happens the same on multiplayer, you can only see your gun, throwables, and class selection.)
And to clarify, i installed this game 4 hours ago. -
