Did Coolwep's WAW server get taken down?

I haven't played in a while now when I look for the server it doesn't show up did it get taken down? Would be a shame if it did since it was my favorite way to play Der Riese.

It's back up, but has anyone found a way to play this solo? Only able to play this with random people who keep stealing apothican servant and playing stupidly lol
