black screen issue then crash

so my game just tabs out and i cant getback in and i get a crash id

can anyone help? it created a dmp file

it says a critical exception occured
exception code: 0xc0000005
exception adress:0x0075A734 (plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe)
i also have the dmp files if you need
