ive followed all steps from plutonium forum website on how to run my own dedicated zombies server and now after i have setup my bin start zmserver file when i open it i keep getting infinite flashes of cmd opening and when i close it this other tab stays open NEED HELP PLS

You don't need to create several topics for the same issue
This means the server fails to boot or crash so you did something wrong or the port is being blocked etc
