Absolutely no instructions on how to actually setup a LAN game

I've looked up videos, tutorials all the sorts and not a single one actually explains how to successfully setup a private LAN game through this launcher. Can somebody please explain to me how to setup a game and not just "How to join".

The process of using this launcher has been beyond frustrating and it's been advertised as an easy way of getting this old game to function.

Blable101 Follow the waw custom games guide to have an idea on playing with friends in waw. Then follow the lan section. You can skip port forwarding/upnp since it's not needed for lan. Also, when connecting to host make sure you use the correct port when connecting to them. The host can check that by using net_port and other joining players would reference that to connect to them connect ipv4:port.
