Constant Crashing on Black Ops II Zombies

I've tried 3 different games the last few days, and all 3 crash relatively early.
I tried Tranzit Town, Nukejacked, and Die Rise, all 8 player lobbies.The only thing I always notice when this happens is on the bottom left there's always a message about someone leaving the game (perhaps they also crashed but just before me?).
However, I will say there's this post by another user in another topic: https://forum.plutonium.pw/post/135482 where they have a crash when an invisible player leaves the game. This looks like it could be the same issue I'm having as I do notice some players will be invisible.
I've attached the crash dumps from all three games with just the dmp-minimal and txt files as the normal dmp is too big. Rename the attached file from .iwd to .7z.
All three txt files state the same error:
Exception Code: 0xC0000005
Exception Address: 0x005314D4I'm on latest Windows 11 and using official legit Steam Installations. I have the Season Pass.
