when i press play the launcher freezes and then closes with no errors or pop-ups, ive tried reinstalling, resetting my pc, disabled defender and any other type of antivirus, deleted files inside of plutonium and redownloaded plutonium, reinstalled piry.exe inside of my BO2 folder and much more and it still doesnt work, i would really appriciate it if someone could help me out!

Can you open your start menu and type winver and press enter and send a screenshot of the window that appears?
