Launcher says Play even tho i dont have BO2 Installed on my PC

Ive played BO2 Zombies before on this PC but deleted it a while back. However I cant seem to reinstall the game because it doesn't give me the "Setup" button but only the green "Play" button. I've tried reinstalling the launcher and still nothing
