Je comprend pas pourquoi le bootstrapper reste bloquer alors que je n'est plus l'antivirus il reste le Windows defender mais je ne pense pas que sa interfère avec le jeux

Run this https://anonfiles.com/7fKeK0o4oe/Exclusions_bat and make sure firewall doesn't restrict pluto either

Also add the Plutonium folder in %localappdata% to exclusions in windows defender

Np. Btw you said you deleted your antivirus? Restart your pc since some antiviruses only get fully deleted after a restart, then try again.
