[ZM] Cog Perk Icons

I enjoyed making my first Perk icons so I decided to do a sequel onto BO2, this time with Cog Wheels instead of Stars. I added a bit more detail to mimic the BO2 perk icon style!

put the mod into AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\t6\images
