    Hi there 👋

For a few days now, I've been experiencing regular crashes in BO2 (which is the only game I ever start, so no info about the stability of other games).
Most of the time it happens a few seconds after I join the game, but it can also happen later in the game.
I briefly checked the generated crashdump files and it's always the same error:

    Exception code: 0xC0000005
    Exception address: 0x0054162C

It seems that the crashes are caused by an attempt to dereference a null pointer pointing to an instance of some class within the plutonium-bootstrapper-win32 module.

I heard from Xerxes that not many people upload the dumps, so hopefully my files are helpful for you.
Since the maximum file size allowed for uploading is 11MB, and even the minimal dump is already 17MB, I decided to upload them to my personal Proton Drive instead.

My Plutonium installation is on revision 3963.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with!

    Cheers 😊

      Hey Snowy White,

thank you for the report with all necessary files attached. I got informed by the dev which looked at it that it is caused by the servers running an outdated version. The next update of Plutonium will increase the minimal required version for servers to prevent this crash from happening. For now we can only recommend you to play on servers which are updated.
