I can only play 2 servers that don't crash

Hi, I recent started playing bo2 plutonium and I can so far only join 2 servers without my game crashing when I join. When trying to join other servers I load in and get to the class selection screen, and within a second my game freezes and then crashes with the "oops! plutonium ran into a problem". I have the id folder that it says to report but I don't know what to do with it.
Is there a solution to this? I'm not keen on only being able to play 2 servers

Pretty sure I had a bug a while back like this are you trying to play dlc maps?

I'm trying to play all of the maps, but I join servers on base game maps and the same thing happens. I don't even care for the dlc really, I just want to play
