HOW TO CHANGE IN GAME VOICE LINES OR ADD YOUR OWN?

So, I have been live streaming to TikTok and other platforms and have come across some issues. All characters say offensive voice lines such as Nikolai "This is a happy massacre" which TikTok sees as 'Hate Speech' first it was Nazi flags on Kino Der Toten and now sounds, meaning I have had to turn voice off. Is there any way of importing custom sounds such as own recorded or just simply removing voice lines from the game and keeping zombie noises as that would be fine. If anyone could help with this issue that would be great! I NEED THIS RESOLVING AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
