Friends cannot join custom game

When I first started using plutonium my friends were able to join without a problem but now for some reason, they can no longer join. I have the port 3074 forwarded. My NAT type is moderate for some reason even with the port forwarding but it has always been like that. The only thing that has changed since it worked is that I separately downloaded the bo2 campaign but I can't see any reason that would make a difference.

If you're sure port forwarding worked before then most likely your local IP changed meaning the port forwarding rule isn't applied on the right IP anymore or you have something blocking connections like a firewall

I double checked the IP and it is still the same. I did have some firewall rules that made it so I only had a moderate NAT type but I fixed those and it is now open, but they still are unable to join.
