Black Ops 2 Black screen

Hi, when I try to enter black ops 2 or zombies it takes a while to enter, but then it opens and stays with a black screen, without being able to do anything, before yesterday if I could play quietly

Zquichy try typing

r_fullscreen 0; vid_restart

into the bootstrapper cmd window and hit enter.
