I get an error when joining a multiplayer game.

Every time I try to join a multi game it throws me out without any explanation or explaining me what error I have had.
If someone answers this post, please do not answer with me too because I have been a few weeks without being able to get into the game and I'm tired of looking for solutions and not finding ANYTHING.
