Bo1 Zombies crashes randomly when playing a match

I have encountered a frequent problem that whenever I'm playing zombies on Bo1 (does not matter which map), the game crashes randomly with no apparent reason. My game freezes and closes by itself with no after error message to go with it. This has left me confused. Whenever it crashes, an error pops up, but I can never see it in time, however, I can only hear the pop up appear. I don't have any problems with performance either and I just don't know how to fix this; does anyone have any ideas?
