If you are referring to the directional arrows yes they are a part of dpad .dds file it is quite easy too if you have the correct files and apps to read, convert, and edit the files it isn't hard to just fill in the arrows with red

You will need to edit 3 dpad file for every map or you could ignore the ones you don't care for

Not really sure how possible this is but can you change these transparent, and if so send the original files as well for them as I would like to continue to mess with these a bit.

I believe all/most powerups just use the same gold texture and glow so you can really only change colors around now I kinda forgot as I haven't seen the dds in a bit but I also believe the dds was small so nothing fancy can be done I might look into it if you want
