IW5 - Cannot select anything from main menu. Mouse stuck as blue circle.

Fresh install of IW5 via steam dedicated server and plutonium launcher. I can load up the game, however, I become stuck on the main menu with my mouse stuck as the loading blue circle.

• I can access the cmd line.
• I can hit escape and successfully quit the application.
• Deleting the plutonium appdata folder and re-downloading client files did not resolve the issue. (Idea taken from this forum post: https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/10656/stuck-on-main-menu-cannot-select-anything)
• If I spam the middle mouse trackpad button I can see the MW3 cursor lurking underneath, but the menu is still inaccessible.
  I've attached files of the main menu and my mw3 root dir, below.

I would appreciate any advice. Thanks.

Hi, I had this same issue.

I got my menu to work by using 'vid_restart' in console.

Having the same issue 3/16/2026, vid_restart didn't work. tried all the restarts, nothing worked.
Anyone have this issue and figure it out?
