[WAW] How to permanently delete files?

lost rooms and LS elite have both been deleted from my mods folder in localappdata, however they keep on appearing even though i have already deleted the files. is there a way to somehow make them stop appearing in the menu?

As for me, I deleted them both on t4>mods, but also local>Activision>codwaw>mods. I do not know exactly why they appear like that

I'm sure you were told to do that already, unless you're another person
But anyways our doc covers all that already, it depends on how you installed the map, you just delete the folder where it is
