Problem with in-game performance

Hi, I've just installed plutonium to play black ops 2, but when I get into a match, i get constant hitch warnings in the client. This also affects the game by having it lag constantly, i've tried many things such as changing all my graphics to the lowest it can be although my pc is quite good, i've also tried changing the display settings to different types, currently in windowed fullscreen as of writing
I can't find anything like this in any of the fixes, please help?
