problema bo1

gente, tengo un problema al iniciar bo1 en plutonium, háganle cuenta q cuando le doy a play, como q se me quiere meter pero me sale error y pas pone: oops plutonium ran into a problem and must be closed y no me deja jugar. este error ya me había ocurrido antes y la verdad no sé por q ocurra, tengo el juego instalado correctamente y es el UNICO juego de plutonium al q me sale ese error. Me sale lo mismo si intento jugar multi como zombies

Tengo justo el mismo error, no sé si es por un error de windows 11. Al menos yo tengo ese Windows e intentado de todo pero no puedo jugar BO1, pudiste solucionarlo?

Yo igual tengo windows 11, y no lo he podido solucionar, deberíamos buscar ayuda o investigar
