jaytjie the original post was just a text drop , now its a google drive
the bat file changed and he added some file called retriever.exe without any way of checking it for a virus (i.e. code)
would recommend delete it till we can confirm its safegijoebo zinnovic retriever.exe comes from https://github.com/mxve/plutonium-updater.rs

At first I couldn't run it no matter how hard I tried, however TahjGadd and @M4RCK5 helped me solve the problem immediately and now it works, it is one of the best mods there is without a doubt. Thank you so much!
