Seeking A Developer

Hello everyone,
I am seeking a GSC Developer for a custom game mode i want.
The mod will be a Prop Hunter on server.
In order for game to start it would require a minimum of 16 players in order to start.
After 20 seconds a random player will be chosen to be a seeker.
The hiders will get a mod menu of objects they can turn into.
If you think you can make this concept please reply to this thread.

An open source prop hunt gamemode already exists but I can develop another if commissioned.
