Quantum Of Solace Nobody Playing?

This is the second time I've hopped on the Quantum of Solace client and haven't been able to find a match. Is no one playing it or am I just missing some sort of patch that everyone else is on? If no one plays anymore, sad, but I want to know if I should keep it installed or just delete it if nobody plays.

I would be playing if I could get to install properly i did everything what instructions said . Installed everything . Doesn’t work
