Can't enter fullscreen?

Struggling to get MW3 into fullscreen, I can change the display mode to Windowed and Windowed Borderless pretty fine, but I can't get it into full screen without it freezing and stuck in a crash so i have to close and reopen but it doesn't save?
Any ideas? -

Resxt When I do so, my fps goes very low so it's not the best.
